It is so important for us to communicate and receive feedback from previous clients that have taken part in our Pilates classes, either it be for a full block of classes or just a drop in, every persons opinion is important for The Pilates Community to grow better.

I joined Christina’s classes at 3months postpartum. After completing the block of classes I found that I had regained my core strength and felt a lot stronger in every sense. It is a lovely environment where you can go and focus on yourself. I throughly enjoy and look forward to the classes every week!!!

Picked up a sports injury and decided to try Pilates to strengthen my core and glutes, Christina's classes really helped with the injury and I was able to return to play without any issues.

Christina's classes are so easy to follow, I was struggling with some parts of the exercises and Christina was so approachable, and helped me correct my form.

I really enjoyed the classes. I find them very beneficial for my back/neck pain and I noticed a difference in my body after completing the 6 weeks. I find I sleep better after the class.

Really see an improvement in my core strength and stability since joining the class. I had an issue deep in my glute but it is no longer giving me any problems.

Absolutely loved the last block of classes. I could definitely notice a difference in my body and back pain.
